Havarian Gold

Living Monuments of Greek History

In a small section of our grove, the oldest trees are believed to be up to 500 years old; younger trees grow alongside them.

Rooted in Sacred Soil

The Ancient Grove

The same earth that nourished the champions of Olympia nourishes these trees. The same sun that illuminated the stadium of Zeus warms their branches. The same sea breeze that cooled the ancient athletes now carries the scent of our olives.

Some of our oldest trunks are gnarled and hollowed by centuries of wind and drought, yet every spring they push out new growth — living proof that this land has always found a way to give.

Our Koroneiki Olives

Our family grows Koroneiki olives in Chavari, Ilia. The trees are part of the landscape we know and the harvest we share.

We are growers. Every pour comes from olives grown in our family’s grove. New bottles and labels are being prepared.

From Our Family’s Grove

Havarian Gold comes from olives grown in our family’s grove in Greece. We use no synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers. Some trees in a small section of the grove are believed to be up to 500 years old; younger trees grow alongside them.

Growing Together

Caring for the Next Generation

Our family plants new saplings alongside the established trees. Ευάγγελος (Angelo) helps tend them, with watering and mulch from the grove’s prunings.

Greece's summers have grown drier, and even young, healthy trees can struggle in the run-up to harvest. So in the preseason, Ευάγγελος (Angelo) hand-waters them himself, one by one, to make sure they're properly quenched — the same hands-on standard that runs through everything we do.
