The Grove, and the Ground It Stands On

We don't just sell olive oil. We sell where it comes from — the grove itself, the ruins five kilometers away, and the road to Sparta where every harvest leaves home. These photographs are all our own.

Chavari, Ilia

The Grove

Through the seasons — spring storms, summer haze, and the golden light of a dry-season evening.

A path running between two dense rows of olive trees
Golden late-afternoon light down a young grove avenue, white wildflowers in the grass
A mown grass avenue between healthy young olive trees

The Village

Chavari at dusk and dawn, the same rooftops our family has looked out over for generations.

Sunset over the village of Chavari, red-tiled roofs and distant mountains

Dusk over the village, pink and purple clouds, a bird on a chimney

Five Kilometers Away

Where the Hellanodikai, judges of the ancient Games, once trained — a short drive from our trees.

Thirty Minutes South

Ancient Olympia

The Sanctuary of Zeus itself — the stadium entrance, the ruins, and olive trees still growing where the first Olympians once stood.

Where the Harvest Travels

The Road to Sparta

Every harvest is driven to Laconia to be shipped from there — the same ground the Spartan standard we hold ourselves to came from.
