A few useful details

Will three bottles last 90 days?

Three 750 mL bottles contain 2.25 litres. That lasts 90 days at 25 mL a day across your household, or 150 days at 15 mL a day. This is a guide to supply, not a recommended daily intake.

How can I enjoy it?

Try it with warm bread, ripe tomatoes or freshly cooked vegetables.

“In Greece at harvest time, I dipped fresh, warm bread into a bowl of oil at the mill. It had just been milled, right there. People laughed—it was such a traditional Greek thing to do. Even the priest clapped and patted me on the back.”

When will orders open?

We’re preparing new bottles and labels and will announce availability when they are ready. Prices and delivery arrangements are still being finalised. The waitlist is currently a preview and does not collect email addresses.

Polyphenols: why they matter

Polyphenols are plant compounds naturally found in olive oil. Research assessed by EFSA supports the role of certain olive-oil polyphenols in helping protect fats in the blood from oxidative damage.

Read the EFSA scientific assessment
What does the research say?

The European claim concerns protection of fats in the blood from oxidative damage. It applies to olive oil providing at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives in 20 g of oil, consumed daily.

This is a condition for a specific health claim. It is not a universal “high dose” or a confirmed result for Havarian Gold.

Vitamin E

Our oil’s amount is awaiting confirmation. The table’s vitamin E figures are generic reference values.
