Some trees in a small section of our grove are believed to be up to 500 years old. Younger trees grow alongside them, and our family also plants new saplings.

Our family farm is in Chavari, Ilia, in the Peloponnese region of Greece — the sacred land of the ancient Olympic Games.

We use no synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilisers in our grove. Mulch from tree prunings is returned to the soil. These are our growing practices; they are not a claim of organic certification or laboratory-tested residue levels.

Our single-estate extra-virgin olive oil comes from our family’s grove in Greece. We harvest by hand and take the olives to the local mill. Every pour comes from olives grown in our family’s grove.

Laboratory reporting and TEKMERIS Global batch verification are separate matters. This site does not currently publish authenticated batch-verification records.

We send our olive oil to an independent third-party laboratory for analysis, conducted outside our control. We are awaiting the Certificate of Analysis. Once received and checked against the relevant batch, we will publish the report with a clear explanation of its results.

Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight. Bottles and labels are being redesigned.

Harvest and storage details will be provided with the relevant product information when availability is confirmed.

Both. Our family cares for the established trees and plants new saplings. Ευάγγελος (Angelo) helps tend the young trees, including watering and mulching.

Angelo helps water the young trees through dry periods. Mulch from our prunings is part of how we care for the soil around them.
